Beware of the people who come around and leave advertisements on the houses. While the ad is probably legitimate, the posters and flyers that are left for a long time are a dead giveaway that the residents are not on site. Nor have not been for a length of time.

The same person or a friend can come back to break into the places with the old ad still on site. Don't make it easier on the burglars. Also, one might take the ad off a neighbor's house for them. Watch out for your neighbors.

What is up with the mess and junk yard conditions at some of the residences at San Miguel? Owners of residences should keep the property in good condition,maintain the yards,take pride in your property,be considerate neighbors.Happy neighbors are good neighbors.

I believe that Electric Meters for each residence is a very good thing.There would not be a need for paying for more than you actually use.San Miguel is in no hurry to see meters installed.
